About the event
Yin yoga is a practice where we consciously learn to relax and understand there is nothing to strive for, even if just for this hour. It is an antidote for our busy lives and a balm for our nervous system. Together we will settle in Yin poses that help us feel grounded and release the lingering heat of the Summer season. Expect poses on the ground, held for 3 to 5 mn. We will open our practice together with mindfulness and close with savasana. Yin yoga welcomes all, regardless of your practice and abilities, and plenty of modifications will be offered.
Please have ready 2 bath towels, 2 bed or couch pillows and 2 yoga blocks or equivalent (big books or extra pillows/ towels will do).
